Refund and Returns Policy
You can ask for a refund of the order 2 days prior to the order's shipping date. As we start the order preparation upto 2 days in advance, hence we would not be able to cancel your order and offer you a refund if you ask to cancel within 2 days of the order's shipping date.
You can ask for a refund of the order 7 days prior to the order getting shipped out. This is because we need to order image prints, start preparing for other customization elements for your order.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
As cupcakes are perishable goods, we do not offer any returns. If the goods have already been sent and delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return option for that order.
We do not accept returns for products which are delivered in good condition. Even if you change your mind, we will not be able to process a refund if the goods have been delivered.
As we do not offer any returns, please do not ship back the products that have been delivered.
If the goods are damaged during transit, we will refund your order. You can take a picture of the damaged goods and send them to us at : 183 Jalan Pelikat, #B1-90, The Promenade @ Pelikat Singapore SG 537643, or email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the refund. You do not need to ship back the damaged goods.
