Mother's Day Mini Cupcakes - A Heart for Mum

Twenty-six mini cupcakes arranged in the shape of heart, topped with flowers and a sweet Mother's Day banner - just like the many little things that mother does with a big heart, all the time putting her child(ren) and the family above herself. 

Note: Due to the pastel colour frosting on the cupcakes, only vanilla frosting will be used for Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes. For Red Velvet cupcakes, cream cheese frosting will be used.
